Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders will ship 1-3 business days after payment is received. Orders will be shipped through USPS. Please note that once your package has been dropped off at USPS, we no longer have control over your package. Once an order has been dropped off at USPS, it is the customer's responsibility to contact USPS with any issues.

Return, Exchange, & Cancelation Policy

Returns on orders must be sent back within 10 business days of the arrival of your package. Customers are responsible for any shipping fees to return an order. Any items sent back after this time frame will be denied for a refund. If items are sent back after the return window has closed, the items will either be forfeit by the customer, or the customer must pay the shipping fee to have the items shipped back.

Please note that we do not exchange items, we only offer refunds.

Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of the order being placed. Any cancelation requests outside of this time frame will be denied, and the order will be shipped.
